  • Anxiety and depression, including chronic worry, overthinking, emotional numbness, and persistent low mood

  • Relationship and attachment difficulties, such as patterns of insecurity, conflict, people-pleasing, and fear of abandonment

  • Childhood and adult trauma, including complex trauma, relational trauma, and the long-term impact of early experiences

  • Personality-related concerns, including traits and diagnoses associated with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD)

  • Grief and loss, including bereavement, ambiguous loss, and unresolved or complicated grief

  • Chronic stress and burnout, particularly among high-functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed or emotionally depleted

  • Codependency and boundary difficulties, including patterns of self-sacrifice, guilt, and difficulty prioritizing one’s own needs

  • Self-esteem and identity concerns, including shame, self-doubt, and struggles with self-trust or sense of self

  • Life transitions and personal growth, such as career changes, relational shifts, identity exploration, and periods of uncertainty

  • Women’s psychological health and reproductive concerns, including perinatal mental health, infertility, pregnancy loss, and identity changes related to reproductive experiences

  • Eating disorders and disordered eating, including binge eating, restriction, emotional eating, and body image concerns
